4 Your Relationship With Response Link

This information is, in most cases not held in the possession of Response Link as Response Link and Information Link provides an advertising service for businesses which are clients of Resposne Link;

Your order for information from the Website can only be processed if Response Link passes your personal information that you have provided on the Website to the clients to whom you have requested information. By completing your personal details and clicking the button to complete your order, you are expressly giving permission for Response Link to pass your Details to such clients.
4.2.1 Your order for information will not be processed until You confirm the order as being genuine by clicking on a hyperlink in an email that we will send to the email that You have provided. This email will confirm what it is that you have requested and also have an order confirmation number for your reference.
4.2.2 This Website service is completely free of charge to use, Response Link therefore do not operate a cancellation service as there are no financial implications to you in using the service. 7.2 The Confirmation Email may also contain Links to other websites which are not under the control of and are not maintained by Response Link.
